Grand Prize in the Administrative Innovation Category at the 2025 Korea Local Government Administration Awards

Emotionwave is participating in the operation and technological advancement of the 'Good Seocho Coin' project, a representative public innovation service in Seocho-gu, Seoul,and is building a digital-based local virtuous cycle ecosystem together.
Recently, Seocho-gu received the Grand Prize in the Administrative Innovation Category at the '2025 Korea Local Government Administration Awards'and subsequentlyAwarded the Excellence Award at the '2025 Excellent Administration and Policy Case Selection Contest'We achieved this award. This award recognizes the excellence of our resident participation-type digital administrative innovation model.

'Good Seocho Coin,' connecting citizen participation to local value

'Good Seocho Coin' is a smart public platform that rewards residents for activities such as environmental protection, resource circulation, volunteer work, and talent donation in their daily lives with digital points, and connects these points to local consumption and the use of public services. Through a blockchain-based point system, it simultaneously promotes regional community vitalization and the realization of ESG values.
In particular, the structure that connects residents' good deeds to the local economy is drawing attention as an innovative case for local governments nationwide and has been introduced as an excellent case at domestic and international smart city events.
