AI music tech company Emotionwave announced that it signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with '411 Music Group,' a global music publishing and licensing company, for global business cooperation in AI music technology and data at the 'Ai4 2026' global artificial intelligence conference held at the Venetian Expo in Las Vegas, USA.

This agreement was established to jointly develop next-generation AI-based music services and global business models by combining Emotionwave's proprietary music AI technology and solution 'MUTA' with 411 Music Group's vast global music data and publishing network.

The two companies agreed to build an AI-linked service model using rights-cleared music recordings and metadata, where the ownership relationship is clearly resolved, and to closely cooperate in joint business development targeting the US and global media and entertainment markets.

Furthermore, it plans to promote an integrated project where 'music data-AI engine-global publishing' are organically linked by combining them with the Asian music content distribution network held by Rima Entertainment.

Emotionwave garnered significant attention from global big tech and content companies by showcasing its AI music generation and licensing platform, 'MUTA,' at the 'Ai4 2026' exhibition. At the on-site booth, it achieved business consultations totaling $10 million (approximately 13 billion KRW) and is solidifying agreements to sign main contracts for technology supply and joint ventures exceeding $1 million (approximately 1.3 billion KRW) within the year based on this agreement.

An official from Emotionwave stated, “The collaboration with 411 Music Group, a leader in the global music licensing market, signifies that Emotionwave's MUTA technology has been recognized as an AI solution based on legal copyrights that meets global standards,” adding, “We will rapidly create commercialization success cases in North America and the global market by advancing AI music technology and building a transparent copyright ecosystem.”
