Emotionwave-KAIST Music AI Research and Development 2019 Second Half Convergence Capstone Begins
According to the convergence capstone participation agreement with science and technology specialized universities (KAIST, POSTECH, GIST, etc.) in the first half of 2019, Emotionwave has been operating a convergence capstone project at KAIST during the first half of 2019 (March 2019~June 2019). We are proceeding with the Music AI project by collaborating with our company's AI experts using support from 5 science and technology personnel at KAIST.
Emotionwave has been conducting various collaborations and research to extend its music robotics and music AI research and development business, which it has been undertaking since 2016, as a plan for commercialization. We are operating this project with expectations of the emergence of a new industry through the meeting of artificial intelligence technology and music.
In this project, we plan to focus on developing an AI piano and an education system through the cooperation between KAIST's specialized personnel and Emotionwave's specialized personnel.
Emotionwave is dedicated to R&D to innovate existing markets and industries by developing a perfect AI creation and performance environment with 100% integration of advanced music AI and the AI band system that our company is developing, aiming for a launch in early 2020.
