Emotionwave announced that it held the 'Muta Festival - AIMPLE NFT Minting Party' at 'MWC Las Vegas 2022,' one of the top three North American exhibitions held in US Las Vegas.

This MWC exhibition was hosted by the GSMA (Global System for Mobile Communications Association) and CTIA (Communications Technology Industry Association), with about 400 IT companies from around the world participating.

Emotionwave was selected as a leading company in metaverse content, showcasing its latest metaverse technology by operating various events such as the MUTA Festival, digital human live broadcasting events, and AIMPLE NFT minting parties within the K-Metaverse Korea Pavilion.

Furthermore, at MWC Industry City, which hosted an event themed 'K-Metaverse Technology Solving Global Issues (Problems)', Emotionwave's CSO, Seunghyun Cho, was selected as a speaker and gave a presentation titled 'MUTA: Global O2O Concert Utilizing Metaverse and AIoT Technology.'

The 'MUTA Festival' is the world's first on/offline mix music metaverse festival connected with various offline and retail spaces. It will run from September to the end of the year through SK Telecom's metaverse platform 'ifLand' and Emotionwave's 'MUTA' platform, where various artists, starting with Hyojin Choi, along with Park Wan-kyu, Jin Seon, and others, are scheduled to perform in the metaverse.

At this MWC exhibition, you can watch a concert by SWF dancer 'Hyojin Choi'. By accessing ifLand to view the MUTA Festival and proving it on Instagram, you can also receive an AIMPLE NFT.

Emotionwave plans to launch an application that allows anyone to utilize core functions for virtual human performance and metaverse broadcasting and concerts. The company is currently developing and advancing technology so that digital humans can be animated using only mobile phones and webcams, without a motion capture suit, and announced that it will release the 'MUTA STUDIO' app for metaverse broadcasting and creators at the end of this year based on this digital human live broadcasting technology.

Emotionwave conducted a demo demonstration of the core functions of Muta Studio at MWC. The virtual concert and broadcasting technology demo was planned with an on-site experience, modeled after a mini-concert by AIMPLE's virtual human Palryong. It was reported that they held an AIMPLE NFT minting party at MWC where attendees received AIMPLE NFTs for participating in the on-site concert viewing and interaction. Virtual human Palryong interacted with visitors while singing his debut album, 'Rest Area,' which he wrote and composed himself, and many visitors enjoyed interacting with Palryong.

Muta Studio is an application that runs on the PC Windows operating system, developed with recommended specifications requiring a graphics environment of NVIDIA RTX3060ti or higher. It plans to support users in easily conducting high-quality metaverse broadcasting and performances by providing ultra-realistic digital human NFTs and a metaverse studio environment within the metaverse.

Park Ji-hyun, head of Emotionwave, said, "Many people have a need for virtual broadcasting, but they are hesitant to start due to the need to purchase expensive equipment and the difficulty of setting up metaverse broadcasting environments," adding that she hopes more people can freely express their talents through the MUTA Studio app.
