StageCloud Implements AI and IoT Based Creative Ecosystem at the 2024 Gyeonggi AI Creation Group

Emotionwave Co., Ltd. participated in the 2024 Gyeonggi AI Creation Group project, presenting an innovative creative ecosystem that fuses **Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI)** and IoT technology, thereby demonstrating practical applications of AI technology in creative education for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Convergence of Generative AI, Chatbots, and Music Creation Assistants

**Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI)** was utilized as the core of the project, serving as a multi-purpose platform from text-based conversation generation to creative assistance. The **chatbot technology** was designed so that participants could receive real-time help from the AI through questions during the creation process. By suggesting creative ideas necessary for composition, arrangement, and lyric generation, the AI allowed even beginners to easily understand the creation process.

For a **music creation assistant**, Emotionwave's **RIMA Autocomp** solution was applied. This technology analyzed the participants' preferences and input data to recommend suitable music styles, and supported the completion of actual songs through automatic composition and arrangement functions. Through this, participants experienced collaboration with AI and achieved an improvement in the quality of their creative works.

**Integrated Technical Approach with IoT**

Emotionwave provided an environment where creative activities could be connected to the physical world by integrating AI technology with **IoT (Internet of Things)**. By utilizing **IoT-based instruments** and **smart devices**, a system was built that allowed participants to play or output music they created in real time from physical devices. For example, it was designed to enable real-time accompaniment and performance by linking AI-generated music data with IoT-based automatic playing devices such as pianos and drums.

Furthermore, **personalized entertainment robots** played a crucial role in supporting the participants' creative activities. These robots were controlled by AI and provided an immersive experience to the participants by integrating the performance and movements of generated music. In particular, it further enhanced the human-machine interaction during the creative process by analyzing the emotional state of the participants in real time through smart sensors connected with IoT technology and providing creation suggestions based on this analysis.

**Project Achievements and Social Impact**

In this project, Emotionwave verified the impact of converging GAI and IoT technology across the entire creative ecosystem, laying the foundation for participants with developmental disabilities to grow into independent creators. The participants created a total of about 100 pieces of music, and 3 of these were publicly revealed along with actual performances at an achievement presentation.

Through this, it was confirmed that AI technology can contribute to realizing the creative potential of socially vulnerable groups beyond merely functioning as a tool. Furthermore, the convergence with IoT technology opened up the possibility of extending creative works into physical spaces, presenting a new standard for the creative experience.

**Vision for the Future**

Emotionwave plans to further advance generative AI and IoT technology in the future to develop customized solutions specialized for B2G (Government and Public Institutions), B2B (Corporate Partners), and Creator Communities.
