Full-scale establishment of a large-scale Web3 multiverse ecosystem connecting Singapore and Dubai

On the 18th (local time), Emotionwave and MUTA PTE. LTD., a specialized Singaporean Web3 corporation, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for global Web3 · AI · Metaverse business cooperation with Bilal Mansour, CEO of TCI Ventures, which operates the Armaverse project, at the World Trade Centre in Dubai, UAE.

This agreement aims to promote a joint project worth $15 million over the next three years and will focus on building a complex ecosystem encompassing technology, investment, and platforms.

With this agreement, MUTA has secured a key strategic partnership not only in Singapore but also in Dubai, UAE, which is emerging as a hub for the Web3 industry. This is evaluated as an important milestone in expanding MUTA's creator Web3-based 'Multi-Verse Ecosystem' to a global scale.

MUTA has been expanding its technical foundation so that creators and content producers can operate in a wider Web3 environment through a multiverse structure where various worlds and platforms are interconnected, and with this cooperation, it is expected to accelerate its ecosystem expansion strategy into the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Europe.

The combination of Emotionwave's AI Agentic technology and Armaverse's Metaverse-based infrastructure has made the structure connecting Web3 · AI · Metaverse into one integrated platform even stronger. MUTA plans to link this technology with Web3 infrastructure and tokenomics models to build a new participation mechanism for the global creator economy. In particular, the Middle East region is a market combining Web3 industry policies and startup-friendly regulations, and the combination of MUTA · Armaverse · Emotionwave is expected to be an important turning point for expanding the digital media and content market within the MENA region.

Immediately after this signing, the three institutions will launch into full-scale business development by forming a joint task force for technology integration, tokenomics expansion, and metaverse commercialization.
