Emotionwave expands its AI infrastructure and platform business through partnerships with local data center companies in China, supporting industry-specific AI…

Emotionwave, an AI infrastructure company led by CEO Jang Soon-chul, announced that it has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Sichuan Chuanyin Education Management Co., Ltd. (四川川音教育管理有限责任公司), an affiliate of the Sichuan Conservatory of Music in China, together with the Korea Cultural Exchange Committee and Hong Kong-based Orbix Partners Limited. The agreement covers AI platform-driven digital transformation (AX) of the culture, arts and education industries, as well as global business cooperation.

The agreement is part of a broader effort to apply Emotionwave's AI infrastructure and platform technologies to China's local culture and education industries and to extend them across Mainland China.

Located in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, the Sichuan Conservatory of Music is one of China's leading arts education institutions, with a strong education and research base spanning music, dance, fine arts and design. Working with its affiliated education organization, Emotionwave plans to drive AI transformation projects in the arts, including AI-based music education, auditions, artist discovery, content production and digital performances.

In particular, Emotionwave will leverage its existing partnerships with local data center operators in China to build an AI platform business tailored to the local computing environment. By linking its proprietary AI infrastructure operation technology and platform capabilities with local infrastructure and industry-specific partner networks, the company aims to establish a technology- and service-driven expansion model rather than relying on large-scale direct infrastructure investment.

Starting with arts and education as its initial focus, the company plans to broaden its scope to other industries, including media, entertainment and enterprise AI services. Each partner will work out detailed cooperation plans for local business operations, education program planning, content production and the commercialization of platform services.

“AI infrastructure is a core technological foundation that raises the productivity and scalability of a wide range of services, not just a single industry,” said Jang Soon-chul, CEO of Emotionwave. “Through our cooperation with local infrastructure companies and educational institutions in China, we will support the AI transformation of the culture and education industries and expand it to diverse industries across Mainland China.”

Building on this partnership, Emotionwave plans to strengthen its AI platform business model, which connects local infrastructure providers around the world with industry-specific partners, and to expand the commercialization of AI infrastructure-based services in Asia and other overseas markets.
