Emotionwave and Singapore's web3 entity, MUTA PTE. LTD., are establishing a Web3·AI·Metaverse cooperation system worth $15 million in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE).
On the 18th (local time), both parties signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Bilal Mansour, CEO of TCI Ventures, which operates the Armaverse project at the Dubai World Trade Centre, and agreed to pursue global joint projects covering technology, investment, and platforms over the next three years.
Through this agreement, MUTA has secured a key partnership in Dubai, which is emerging as a hub for the Web3 industry, following Singapore.
This is evaluated as an important turning point in expanding MUTA's creator-based 'Multi-Verse Web3 Ecosystem' globally.
MUTA has been broadening creators' activity space based on a structure where various Worlds and platforms are interconnected, and this cooperation is expected to accelerate its expansion strategy into the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Europe.
The cooperation structure was further strengthened by combining Emotionwave's AI Agentic technology with Armaverse's Metaverse infrastructure.
MUTA plans to introduce a new participation mechanism in the global creator economy by linking it with Web3 infrastructure and tokenomics models.
In particular, the Middle East market is an area where Web3 policy support and startup-friendly regulations intersect, and this trilateral cooperation is expected to be a turning point for expanding the digital media and content market in the MENA region.
Immediately after signing the MOU, the three organizations formed a joint task force for technology integration, tokenomics expansion, and metaverse commercialization, and entered full-scale business execution.
MUTA stated its goal of building an 'open multi-verse environment' where creators can freely move and expand within the global Web3 ecosystem.
Rio Jang, CEO of Emotionwave, said, "In the trend where AI, Web3, and metaverse technologies are bound into a single ecosystem, this cooperation will be an important starting point for opening new digital business models in global markets, including MENA."
Bilal Mansour, CEO of TCI Ventures, emphasized, "The creator-centric Web3 ecosystem that MUTA is building has great expansion potential even in the Middle East," and "This cooperation will be an opportunity to build the future of the Web3 and metaverse industries together."
