[Emotionwave Arts] JM Showcase: An Early-Summer Party Combining Electronic and Acoustic Music

□ On June 29th, AI Robotics Artist JM plans to hold an official debut showcase at the Siheung Western Gyeonggi Culture & Creation Hub from 7 PM to 7:30 PM for about 30 minutes, hosted/organized by Emotionwave Arts. This unique showcase performance, supported by the Korea Science Foundation and sponsored by the Gyeonggi Contents Agency and the Western Gyeonggi Culture & Creation Hub, is scheduled to provide local residents who wish to take a city getaway and those thirsty for electronic music with a unique experience, as if they are visiting another space, amidst the harmony of cool electronic beats and acoustic instruments this summer.
□ The showcase will feature a total of 6 songs, starting with "Missing You," a pop R&B genre song that highlights the harmony between simple bass lines, soft drums, and piano chords, and concluding with "Roadrunner," a drum and bass genre track that showcases JM's strength in intense drum beats, making for a rich and dynamic performance.
□ Meanwhile, Rio Jang, CEO of Emotionwave Arts, who is preparing for this first official debut showcase, stated, "This performance is very different from the electronic music performances that the public might expect. The instrument itself will become an artist that breathes and communicates with the audience. I hope you can view it with an open mind, recognizing how far Korea's artificial intelligence music technology has advanced and the greater potential it holds in the future. It is a futuristic showcase that transcends new possibilities and limits, and it is our party to celebrate this first appearance."
□ Emotionwave Arts, which is preparing for a collaboration performance, is an emerging AI music company that has proven itself in the global market by participating with Kirara, an electronic artist who won the Best Dance Electronic Album Award at the 14th Korea Music Awards in 2017, at SXSW 2019 (South by Southwest) held in Texas, USA, from March 10th to 13th, where JM, an artificial intelligence robotics instrument band that plays freely according to a DJ's control, will participate.
