New Non-Face-to-Face Music Environment '5G Concert Zone': A cultural model that merges the concepts of existing practice rooms and karaoke rooms, focusing on 5G immersive content creation and artist nurturing.

As the COVID-19 situation has prolonged, an untact wave based on IT technology is blowing in all parts of the world. In particular, the culture, arts, and popular music industries, which were hit the hardest, are already finding breakthroughs through non-face-to-face performances.
Driven by these changes, Emotionwave Co., Ltd. (CEO Rio Jang), a company specializing in domestic artificial intelligence (AI) music robot technology, has successfully developed '5G Concert Zone,' the first 5G-based new music environment in Korea.

The 'Concert Zone' developed by Emotionwave through its 5G flagship project is a cultural model that merges the concepts of existing practice rooms and karaoke rooms, originating from amusement and cultural facilities such as Golfzon and Baseball Zone.
Three or more performers and singers can perform and jam together in various Mixed Reality (MR : Mixed Reality) performance technology environments in remote locations scattered across Seoul and Busan. Instrument performance information obtained through over 50,000 songs is combined with artificial intelligence robotics to perform on its own. It promises to establish itself as a future 5G music platform brand by allowing real-time jamming or singing and dancing with people in different countries from virtual stages and UI/UX environments provided by Extended Reality (XR ; eXtended Reality) technology, while also capturing the enhanced acoustic feeling obtained from actual instruments.
Emotionwave plans to focus on 5G immersive content creation and artist nurturing, as it has successfully developed '5G Concert Zone' technology, enabling the application of this technology in various fields such as group practice in individual practice rooms or homes, existing karaoke rooms, live music broadcasting, and music education.
Meanwhile, Emotionwave Co., Ltd., established in 2013, is a venture company that operates various music service and platform businesses based on the artificial intelligence music technology 'RIMA' showcased at CES 2020 this year.
