Emotionwave and Yonsei IT Future Education Center announced that they are jointly preparing a training model consistent with the goals of the 'K-Digital Training AI Campus' (hereinafter KDT AI Campus), newly promoted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, to proactively respond to the rapidly changing AI·IT industry environment and changes in labor demand.

Emotionwave, an AI-based content and platform technology company, has been designing a training structure that reflects actual service and platform environments from the educational stage, with Yonsei IT Future Education Center, aiming to nurture practical AI talent required in the industrial field. Recently, with the spread of AI technology, the demand for AI·IT talent equipped with actual project execution experience and job application capabilities, beyond simple theory-based education, is rapidly increasing in the industrial field.

Therefore, the two institutions have set a joint planning type training model that structurally reflects the demands of the industrial field as their core direction, going beyond single educational institution design. In particular, Emotionwave is responsible for reflecting the flow of AI technology and project structures actually used in the industry into the curriculum, based on its experience in AI agents, digital humans, content creation, and platform service commercialization.

As part of this collaboration, Emotionwave and Yonsei IT Future Education Center are moving to build a practical AI education model based on multi-party cooperation with numerous AI·ICT companies such as GVR Co., Ltd., Tomorrow Thinking Co., Ltd., The Pict Co., Ltd., Sysgate Co., Ltd., Ion Communications Co., Ltd., LSC Systems Co., Ltd., Wiznet Co., Ltd., InnoTech Media Co., Ltd., and Persimon Lab, etc.

This collaboration aims to pre-verify a training model that reflects industry demand more three-dimensionally, not just focusing on a single technology, but combining various industrial areas such as AI technology, data, platform, content, and media. Among these, Emotionwave is leading the curriculum design and project direction consultation based on practical experience covering the entire process from AI technology to content and service.

Participating companies plan to cooperate across the entire training process, including ▲curriculum design ▲composition of practical assignments ▲consultation on project direction ▲sharing of field requirements. In particular, Emotionwave plans to support students in understanding the work structure of the industrial field three-dimensionally by proposing project assignments and practical models centered on the practical flow from AI technology implementation to actual utilization, service operation, and content expansion.

Emotionwave and Yonsei IT Future Education Institute have continuously analyzed changes in the AI/IT industry environment and labor demand trends, proactively preparing a practical AI education model based on corporate collaboration. This educational direction is consistent with the intent of the recently announced KDT AI Campus project and is significant because it represents an extension of preparation accumulated by considering both industrial and policy trends, rather than just short-term institutional responses.

The core of AI education lies not in simple skill acquisition, but in developing problem-solving capabilities that can be immediately utilized in the field. Students experience AI project practices reflecting actual industry environments, job-oriented assignments, and feedback from corporate experts, with practical perspectives from participating companies centered around Emotionwave being reflected throughout the entire curriculum. Through this, they are supported to internalize the practical flow from problem definition to solution and service implementation, growing into talent equipped with practical AI/IT capabilities demanded by the industry field.

Emotionwave and Yonsei IT Future Education Institute plan to continue expanding cooperation with companies in the fields of AI and digital technology, and to advance a practical AI education platform involving multiple corporations. Through this, they intend to respond flexibly to the changing AI/IT industrial environment and labor demand, and to propose a sustainable vocational training model.
