[AI News] Emotionwave Successfully Demonstrates StageCloud’s AI Music Metaverse Closed Beta in Korea and Abroad

Emotionwave, an Artificial Intelligence (AI) based metaverse specialist company (CEO Rio Jang), announced on the 20th that it successfully demonstrated its closed beta of the metaverse platform 'StageCloud,' which is equipped with proprietary generative AI framework technology, at AWE Asia 2023 held at the Singapore Expo and at KMF 2023 held on the 16th.
Emotionwave is currently developing 'StageCloud,' a metaverse music platform applying hyper-scale AI technology, which is scheduled for official launch in the second half of 2024. They showcased the metaverse singing experience linked with the AI concert system RIMA in front of global XR experts and stakeholders.

The singing experience on StageCloud provides a sense of space and immersive experience that can only be experienced in the metaverse, compared to existing karaoke or mobile applications. Furthermore, the on-site experience connected with the artificial intelligence concert system offers a maximized singing experience different from conventional sound experiences. It demonstrated technological advancement by offering an expanded experience compared to digital music or concert experiences.
StageCloud, which will be officially launched in 2024, plans to establish an ecosystem where sustainable music content production and consumption are possible by introducing a metaverse piano contest, AI music studio, large-scale performance venue experience, and a DAO-based audition and competition system.

In particular, StageCloud is scheduled to add features such as AI singing correction, AI music creation, and AI music collaborative creation experiences, which apply Large Language Models (LLMs) and Emotionwave's generative AI framework technology. It plans to provide easy and fast sophisticated music creation and user collaboration functions using hyper-scale AI and generative AI in a virtual space.
Emotionwave Director Park Seong-hyun stated, "StageCloud based on hyper-scale AI will create the most innovative and sustainable music ecosystem in the music industry," adding that they "will strive for platform development with global markets in mind, rather than business approaches limited to the Korean market."
Meanwhile, Emotionwave is a metaverse and AI specialized company established in 2013. It is increasing its corporate value with amazing performance improvements, growing by about 87% for three consecutive years based on its unique artificial intelligence technology. Recently, it has been developing a new metaverse platform applying LLM and generative artificial intelligence.
