Emotionwave (CEO Rio Jang) announced on the 30th that it has unveiled 'RIMA 2023,' an AIoT concert system incorporating Large Language Models (LLMs).
The company explained that 'RIMA 2023,' which applies LLM, is possible to connect with AI speakers, control and create instruments, and even provide music education information through its smaller board configuration compared to previous models and its expandability via generative AI.
Previously, Emotionwave supplied the system to Munsan Sueok High School in Paju on June 9th for a pre-release event of 'RIMA 2023,' conducting a joint performance and an environmental concert with students from the Sueok High School Orchestra. According to the company, the participating students from Munsan Sueok High School shared their thoughts, saying, "It was the first time I learned that artificial intelligence is entering the art field," and "It was a surprising and new experience to see music created by generative artificial intelligence played on an AI instrument."
Emotionwave has signed an MOU with Munsan Sueok High School and agreed to cooperate in spreading AI-based music education and creation content, such as developing AI educational content for public educational institutions and building AI music rooms.
So-seongsu Emotionwave Director stated that "through this agreement, we will continuously develop and disseminate the world's first AIoT concert and ensemble system applying generative artificial intelligence to public education."
