Music tech & music content startup 'Chilloen' and AI·Web3 specialized company 'Emotionwave' signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on the 13th to expand multimodal music services.
Through this agreement, Chilloen will provide its corporate background music solution 'Link Music's' BGM API to Emotionwave's AI-based creator platform, 'MUTA'. This enables MUTA users to utilize high-quality background music from both AI and professional composers that are free from copyright issues, and Emotionwave is scheduled to be responsible for technical support for music distribution and platform application.
Link Music is a solution that provides high-quality background music targeting corporate clients, offering an audio API service that can be easily utilized across various industries. It only provides verified audio that has no copyright issues, which was built directly by the company, helping businesses to easily integrate music during content creation and operation processes.
Chilloen, composed of professional music producers and developers, recently proved its technological capability and reliability by acquiring GS certification and is drawing attention in the industry for providing music services across various fields through verified audio from professional composers and its self-developed AI composition solution.
Jo Seong-in, CEO of Chilloen, stated, "We plan to provide an innovative music experience on the MUTA platform by combining the technologies of both companies," adding, "We expect to create synergy through various future business partnerships."
The two companies plan to present a new music standard for the metaverse platform and pursue sustainable innovation through this agreement.
