Emotionwave (EMOTIONWAVE) will showcase its unmanned music performance system 'RIMA' at 'CES 2020', the world's largest technology exhibition, held for four days from January 7th to 10th in Las Vegas, USA, alongside the Gyeonggi Contents Agency.
RIMA is a very special unmanned music performance system with 36,000 songs. It proposes a new musical life where robot instruments meet artificial intelligence music technology. RIMA can recognize all music and instantly reproduce expert-level performances. It can be performed with an artist or performer, as well as by the band itself.
According to an official, RIMA provides visual effects for music performances. Since it can provide visual effects along with the stage, which might otherwise look plain, it can increase the immersion of the performance.

Meanwhile, the Gyeonggi Contents Agency is an institution established with the goal of 'creating future value' through the convergence of content, people, and technology in the Gyeonggi region. Facilities such as G-HUB, Gyeonggi Global Game Center, Gyeonggi Contents Korea Lab, export support system, and Gyeonggi Film Commission have been built, and this participation in CES 2020 is one of the export support programs for technology companies based on content, selecting competitive companies for the second consecutive year.
The world's largest IT exhibition, 'CES', is an exhibition where you can grasp the trends of the global home appliance industry at a glance. It is hosted by the Consumer Technology Association (CTA) and is held every January. A global news network, Aving News, which has reported on the issues of CES, MWC, and IFA—the top three tech exhibitions worldwide—for the past 13 years, will dispatch a special reporting team to CES this year to report on major global market issues and introduce major Korean companies to the world.
